For Tired Foot

 
after all day long do activity, fresh return your tired foot. try to do foot spa. can be tried self at home as weekend stuffing. treatment foot spa will make foot more relaks, all at once smoother. luangkan time to coddle it. the steps: FOOT


- soak and wash out foot with warm water that mixed with solution antiseptik. then, clean cuticle and beaten nail ends.
- do light massage in foot back part up to calf. when do you do treatment at parlor, usually apis will soak foot in foot bath (to will get massage effect from water bubbles).
- to abrade skin cells die, do scrubbing at area foot with foot scrub. at your convenience, choose beraroma citrus or lemon grass.
- after foot returns clean, dab mask bengkuang (mask with merit whitens for body) begin from knee up to foot back. hush up to dry and wash with waslap that wetted warm water.
- dry foot, then dab lotion for foot. you can also give liquid foot spray (special liquid for foot) that can give warm effect and pleasant.
